Exemplary service

I dealt with several customer service consultants to sort out an issue that was not straightforward. Each time I spoke to someone who understood the issue an the insurance product and who fixed things promptly. So rare to get great customer service these days.

Malicious Damage

My tenants boyfriend abused her and she absconded from lease he then returned to my property and damaged it insurance refused the claim

Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic - 1 Star Rating is too high!

I have Landlord Insurance with Allianz and made my first ever claim in 10 years. After several VCAT appearances we managed to evict the tenant and get hold of the property. We had to get the police in

rip-off. Go somewhere else

I have just received my landlord insurance premium renewal from Allianz - it has increased nearly fourfold from $240 to $822p.a.!! What a rip-off. I am happy to switch to Youi or CGU for $250 or $270!
