Speaking Frank-ly

I like that Frank seems a bit more casual than other Health Insurance brands. They are able to tailor a product to my needs without trying to push other products on me or by offering some inane incentive that I don't want or need.
Every time I've spoken to anyone from Frank, they've been very helpful and friendly. The customer service people have good product knowledge and were able to address each of the questions that I asked. I am really happy with my insurance product and I like that they have so many options available.
