Highly recommend

I was recently robbed and i must say I've had the most pleasant experience with my claim through Guild.

I have no one else to compare it to but for my first ever insurance claim i can certainly say that I'm more than impressed with their service and how quick they got onto things.

Our front door was broken and they got the make safe ppl out that night so that we could sleep safely. The door was fixed that week. I didn't have my engagement ring down as a specific item but they sent the details through to their wholesaler who could make my ring for inside the standard 2.5k limit per jewelry item.

They even called a few weeks later to check up on everything.

More than happy with their service.
