Great!

We recently had a fantastic experience with RACT in terms of our monthly payment. Recently I was unexpectedly was made redundant reducing our family income to one wage. The way our pay weeks fell our monthly payment was due at a really bad time for us. When we called to try and beg to have our payment date changed we couldn't have been met with a better response. We received sympathy and empathy and was given an extra 2 weeks to pay which made all the difference. Some companies would not have given us the time of day, but we spoke to a local that really looked after us. This has cemented our relationship with RACT and we wont be changing any time soon.
