Claim paid without fuss

I took out contents cover from Real Insurance 3 years ago after having been with AAMI and having a bad renewal experience with my premium continually going up. The premiums at Real are good and the service is excellent - super friendly in all of my dealings with them. I had to make a claim for stolen bicycles which was no drama at all - but I will have to wait another year for the 10% cash back.

Long wait on calls. Average customers services. The price if the home insurance that I took out real is ok. But the claims took far too long to process. So it give it a 4 out of 10.
