Do not use Shannons home insurance!!

My parents house was crushed by a tree with them under it 11 weeks ago now and their house is still boarded up with no action!!! It is disgraceful! They are living in a caravan (their own) with the house leaking water and with this wind are worried about the rest of the house. They are now having health issues due to the stress of no action and NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! None of the departments talk to each other and quite frankly couldn't scratch their own as#%s! Poor form Shannons!! Pick up your game!
