YOUi = FAIL!!!

Don't be fooled by their constant bombardment of commercials on the TV, this insurance company is the worst I've ever experienced. Home insurance totally stuffed up but they refused to fix and being told I should drive a Toyota if I want cheaper car insurance ....seriously Youi?
Just steer clear of them, many other great insurers out there with much much better rates and service.

Good value

Youi came out the cheapest but it's a shame it's not cheap to pay monthly as well. Online management facility is OK. Customer service knowledge is average and often wrong.

YouI perfect insurer.

YouI has customer service like no other their people are an absolute delight to deal with. I got a heap of quotes from others and no other insurer could beat the price YouI offered.
