Kept asking for more reports. Messed me around for 6 months causing more stress. Then denied claim over information they already had 6 months ago. Happy to keep taking my money though. Don't touch them!!!
What a shonky mob! I have income protection, got injured in December 2014 and was stuffed around for 6 months. They refused to pay in the end and put my premiums up! do not touch anything to do with T
When applied for I/p with them I had passed with flying colours - now when i'm injured its been close 1 year and I have received nothing! They are trying not pay, they are trying to find some excuse.
Not wanting to pay. Saying that information was not declared when it was. On hold on phone for Thirty to Forty five minutes & won't return phone calls after requesting a call back
