Stay Away

My luggage was stolen - they dont dispute this - but getting a claim paid - no way would that happen - 3 different excuses for not paying (and all of them wrong) - took them to AFCA who were as bad (promised they would take all that happened into consideration but nothing was listed in their review - just look after their own) - Stay away - they may be cheaper but thats for a reason - they will fight tooth and nail to not pay a claim.
