Be Careful

My flight was cancelled and even though their policy says over and over that they have unlimited cover for cancellations there is a clause on page 52 2.11 f stating that no cover is provided if there is a cancellation due to mechanical failure. Don't get duped into thinking you are covered by this company. Oh and it took 5 weeks for them to assess this claim. Be Careful.
