unfair deal

1Cover was giving me better benefits than my previous insurer. So I switched to 1Cover. But, 1Cover refused to transfer claim bonus with my previous insurer. This I realized after I signed the deal with them. Then I had to let go of my bonus since I had already signed with 1Cover. This was unfair. If only I had known about this before itself then I wouldn’t have signed the deal with 1Cover since they can’t take customer’s difficulties into consideration.
