Terrible customer service and the most irritating insurance company ever. Had third bad experience in last 6 months.
First with health insurance and now with car insurance.
My car was hit by someone on the right side and I was pushed to the left wall and car was damaged from both side. The driver at fault accepted the mistake and Bupa has still rejected my claim, even after getting it approved from the other insurance company.
Now, apparently, I have to pay for someone else's mistake out of my pocket. Wouldn't recommend Bupa to anyone ever. The worst company you can deal with and that's clearly been reflected in page reviews as well.
