Customer service has been very good and prompt. Like any insurance co. prices can be excessive.
I have found the customer service to be friendly and efficient

Fantastic service and the option to have access to a hire car for 2 weeks really came in handy when my car was written off by a drunk driver and I had no other vehicle.
