Treated like a criminal rather than a customer
Terrible customer service. My car was broken into and my high end cd player and amp were stolen. I was accused of faking the damage until the police report and photos of the interior of the car were submitted. They replaced my cd player and amp with cheap replacements and didn't fix the other problems such as the dash board lights and the rear seat belt. It took 7 months to fix it and all this time I was still paying them more than $100 a month for premiums while my car was sitting at their garage.
