I havent had to claim yet but recently added a second car with them and was quite dissapointed that there was no discount for multiple insurance. We are looking to find another insurer for that reason and also to put house and contents on aswell.

I have had no dramas with them, they have been a pleasure to deal with each time i have contacted the company. They dont cover as much as some other companies but they do the basics well enough.
