Complete waste of time money and effort

Insurance with QBEwas bundled with my lease package. Yearly insurance was 1200 for comprehensive, comparative policies with other insurers range between 650-800. I recently had to make a claim, the process has taken over 3 months and has been extremely painful dealing with non English speaking countries as support. I will NEVER use QBE or any insurance that I can identify is linked to in any way. Scumbags.

QBE took 5 weeks to pay settlement to me after my car was written off by one of their assessors, meaning I received my money on Christmas Eve; a terrible time to purchase a new car. I ended up being w
