The prices are competitive, particularly with my bronze discount. I haven't needed to claim yet, but starting up my account with them over the phone was easily done in my lunch break and I like having the option to pay month by month or annually
annually.
All good, no complaints from me. I've never had to make a claim but the roadside assist is always good to have on the side! The discounts for long time membership are a good idea too.
Fanastic service would recommend them to everyone. They are very quick to respond whenever there is an issues and I am never afraid to get their help when needed. They are very timely and organised.
RACV are a well known and well established brand that you can rely on for good customer service and reliable treatment as a customer. They also offer lots of extra benefits.
