RACV Car Insurance

I've found that there is little information outlining the entitlements of my insurance from RACV, post the initial pack. I would prefer more special offers to show appreciation of my loyalty and more regular communication. The tiering system if the insurance with gold, silver and bronze however is a good incentive to aspire to move to the next level as you feel as though you will be rewarded in turn. It wild be interesting to understand if this us truly the case.
