They are happy to take your money but not to talk when you call

The RAC decided to charge me for a yearly insurance. When I called them to get the money back they just informed me that because I wasn’t a member they couldn’t talk to me. I had to dispute the transaction thru the bank card dispute so it did take around 3 months to get me money back
