Rude customers, I wouldn't recommend to anyone

The service Virgin Money has to offer is so bad that you would want to sell your car to get away from the hassle. The customer service department is rude. The claim manager is never available on the phone and the so called preferred repairer does work which you could do at home. I wouldn’t recommend Virgin Money to anyone.
