Cheap, good service

Very good value for money, I couldn't find a cheaper deal anywhere. Comprehensive cover. The telephone customer service was excellent and very friendly. The responses were very fast via email and mail.

Lodged claim last Nov, only responded recently due to negative reviews I put. Lately, still no response again from total loss team as I need to collect private items from the written off car. Terrible

Do not use!!

The worst experience ever. Rude and incompetent staff. Was put on hold for 1.5 hours only to find out that the person I need to speak to has left for the day. Misleading policy with deceptive terms an

So slow , on hold 1 hr , never call or email back , phoned 10 times , emailed 4
