I paid $1000 dollars for the worse service ever, they are thiefs

I paid 1000 for a osch insurance, it was supposed to cover everything, the truth is that I never used it in my life, but today after a year I felt like seeing a doctor for a problem, ahm gave me a list of doctors that were asociated with them, I start calling them and non of them would book an appointment unless I paid them money, so I call AHM again and ask them if they had another updated list or a doctor that i could just go without having to pay, they say that was the list and I could pay and they they were going to pay me back, so I paid 6 5 dollars, and when I went to the website of AHM they say that they will only refund me 30 dollars, and they use the word benefit, and i was wondering WTF, benefit??? really, Im paying $1000 dollars and when I go one time to a doctor for a 10 min appointment that they say they will cover but I end up paying more than half of it, and thats a benefit. I just recommend you to choose any other company but this scam of AHM. They are thiefs.
