Terrible Insurance

Its terrible and awful insurance with underdeveloped services, They are using hard copy and paper for claims, just they know to charge customers whenever they want, I don't recommend it to any body, particularly for overseas customers and visitors,

The worst insurance company you can find

I had my parents oversea insurance with them and they keep deducting money from my account without responding properly of cancelling the transactions. very poor service ... Never come back to them aga

Overall happy :)

Always had a good experience however is quite expensive for the amount of times I have used it. I like the extras as I wear glasses and it is good to have regular dentist check ups every 6 months or s
