Don’t join BUPA

I recently transferred to Bupa and then needed hospital cover. I rang on two occasions and asked the question was I covered with hospital cover to be told yes by two different people. I had a call from the hospital today with them saying that Bupa would not cover the account and I am now left without the heart operation that I need to live. Well done Bupa, thanks for nothing

The Absolute Worst!!

Never opt for Bupa as they are a complete rip off and very unprofessional and rude on top of that, they never pay you for your claims and you can never get a hold of them if you call as you are kept w

I would give this a zero if I could. I have been paying $125 a month for 6 yrs and recently got braces which I was Originally told was covered when I signed up in 2015. On the site it also says I am c
