Medibak private is an awful company

Medibank Private is a simply awful company. A few days before I was due for surgery, they told me that I would not be covered as it is a pre-existing condition. We had to pay from our own pockets for the procedure to go ahead. After the surgery, the doctors report said that it wasn't pre-existing so Medibank changed their minds because we would have taken them to the FOS anyway. However, they would only pay the money to the hospital and we had to get a refund from the hospital. However what we got back from the hospital was less that what we paid for.
