Very expensive compared to competitors. You might think being one of the bigger providers they will provide a better service. You are wrong! A painful and non-transparent claims process, a useless phone app, a slimy ethics (they downright lie to your face) and forget customer service! You're on your own! Expect hold times in excess of an hour if you have to call (and you will have to call due to the hilariously limited functionality of their web portal). All in all the worst company or organization I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with!
