Very easy to deal with

Excellent people to deal with, when inquiring for a quote and making a claim. Am able to understand customer service, as they speak clearly in English. And they are open 24 hours, which is fantastic. Don't have wait from Monday - Friday . Excellent services.

If you give Apia a cent your and idiot i now go through GIO as Apia is a rip off

Dishonest does not pay claims yet takes your premiums year after year

Malicious damage claim tenant incision with sharp object in wooden floor APIA insist it's not malicious and dishonestly refuse cover

Hard to talk to anyone

Getting to talk to someone about claims or claims inquiries is near impossible - you will wait at least half an hour - every time. When you sign up though they are all over you and there are no delays
