APIA have always been good to deal with.

I have found that I always get to speak to a real person, and there is never a long waiting time to talk to someone. Their rates are more than competitive and they are respectful and helpful. I can't ask for more than that.

If you give Apia a cent your and idiot i now go through GIO as Apia is a rip off

Malicious damage claim tenant incision with sharp object in wooden floor APIA insist it's not malicious and dishonestly refuse cover

Hard to talk to anyone

Getting to talk to someone about claims or claims inquiries is near impossible - you will wait at least half an hour - every time. When you sign up though they are all over you and there are no delays
