Would never use this insurance company

Car drove through my parents house 6 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed, this is discusting for 70 years olds to wait this long for there house to be fixed, one excuse after an other. Terrible service plus the stress they have had to indurer.

Dishonest does not pay claims yet takes your premiums year after year

Malicious damage claim tenant incision with sharp object in wooden floor APIA insist it's not malicious and dishonestly refuse cover

Hard to talk to anyone

Getting to talk to someone about claims or claims inquiries is near impossible - you will wait at least half an hour - every time. When you sign up though they are all over you and there are no delays
