Customer service, advice, attention to detail, prompt responses are second to none. I always feel like I am their only Customer with the respect, friendliness, laughs & amazing service. Even their Claims department is friendly, fast, only to willing to help, keeps you updated all the time. Truly Wonderful & pleasant Staff . I don't think of them as my Insurance Company, I think of them as Friends. which is a massive turn around for me. before changing to Apia, I could not stand Insurance Companies.
