• I'm currently having similar experience. Raised claim 10 weeks ago. No movement by Australian Seniors. No return phone calls and no correspondences. Raised a complaint with their resolution department as to the lack of visibility, action and communication from my claims manager and even the resolution department didn't provide anything further in over 30 days!

    Do not give these people your money. Insurance companies show their quality by how well and promptly they handle your claims, not how happy they are to ask for your premiums.

    Stay away.

  • Just ended my policy with them after they took eleven months to complete my repairs from a burst pipe in bathroom. First they tried to deny claim, saying termites caused the pipe to burst! When we wouldn't accept that nonsense they then dragged out every step of of the wall drying and repairs.Every attempt to communicate with them took outrageous amounts of time.They were however quick to send a new policy as the expiration date of the first one approached. As if.
