Will use any excuse to deny your benefits

Our vehicle was less then 2 years old, with less than 20,000km's. We sold it and tried to transfer the extended warranty policy to the new owners, as per the T&C's. The transfer was denied.

Despite the fact that we had all 6 month services done at a dealer, we were "late" for the last one. We were overseas for a month for our honeymoon, so didn't have a chance to take a flight back and drop the car off at the dealer. This violated the service schedule apparently.

Poor service. Do not use this company.
