We were broken into and from the first contact with Coles they were great to deal with. Service was prompt and friendly, helpful staff. the turnaround time was fantastic!

Appalling customer service.

I made a water damage claim 5 months ago. they sent an assessor. The guy said it was straightforward and likely to go ahead. Then nothing for months. I emailed the case worker 3 times. No response. Fi

You Never Know Until?????

You never know how good or bad your insurance company is until you make a claim lucky for me I so far have not had too I know I do not like on line only as if worst happens there really is no one ther
