Two month wait to receive policy

I bought a policy for my house from GIO after I was dissatisfied with another insurance company. At the time of buying the policy, I had submitted all the necessary documents and was told that the policy was granted. However, even 2 months after paying the first instalment, I haven’t received the policy nor have I received any correspondence from them. Guess I was better off earlier. At least my house was insured. Now I am without insurance.
