Rejected claim with ridiculous excuses

From my miserable past experience, I strongly urge people not to purchase home insurance rather any insurance from GIO. You'll be wasting your hard-earned money, and will endure endless stress and broken promises. I suffered a leak in my roof a few years ago, and have water leaking through my ceiling. I called GIO constantly for about 10 days, and nobody addressed my claim. Finally, they rejected my claim based on ridiculous excuses. Tired of the constant stress and hassle, I got the leakage repaired at my own expense. They also refused to cancel my policy.
