Useless when it comes to claiming

They were reasonable when it came to purchasing and taking your money which contributed to them scoring more than I wanted them to. When it came to claiming, they quickly became useless. The assessor kept cancelling over a two week period but finally came around. Two months later, after submitting claim, found out that our daughters possessions were not covered. My daughter is a student and is paying off this new computer ($1,000). Why didn't they tell her that her stuff wasn't covered on the first visit with assessor. Now she's started Uni with no computer and over $2,000 worth of stuff stolen. She is devastated, still owing money is struggling to survive.
