Rip Off ..decline an item to initiate another claima and another excess ..
Car was vandalised so, the bumper had impact damage so the declined the bumper but paid for all the other scratches, ..vandalised is vandelised since when does a vandal follow Insurance protocol, ..so according to assessor it is impact damage and is not allowed in the quote unless another claim is made, .so the Insurance is able to recoupe their money via another excess ..
So maybe when somebody is about to collide with your car you might have to click the drop down menu so that you can pick the right car to hit you otherwise your claim might not be approved ...
This is the most stupid reason I have every heard, ..a car is vandalised and the insurance expect the vandal to follow behavioral guidelines, ..I am told their assessor has years of experience so he knows how a vandal behaves, Yeh right, maybe for all these years he was a vandal and that's how he knows???..I think he is underpaid .. or should make an application to be "GOD" ..this is the biggest lot of "BS" I have every heard ...Woolworths Insurance are opportunistic Rip-Off merchants..
