Woolworths House Insurance, not recommended at all. Get another house insurance would definitely be beneficial when needed but not this (Woolworths House Insurance).<br/><br/>Their third party Claim C
Worst insurance company to deal with, it has taken them NINE months to sort out claim, never again.
Nine months is far too long to wait for in insurance claim. Worst service ever. Shame on you Woolworths.

Avoid at all costs
I made a claim in February and was told that it may take a couple of weeks to process. It is now June and I have heard nothing from no one. I tried calling a few times and sat on hold for 30-50 minute

Sleasy business ethic
Don't use Woolworths / Holland insurance, they use your credit card to renew the policy when the 12 month policy is due to expire. This is unauthorised use of a credit card as far as i'm concerned.
