Avoid at all costs
I made a claim in February and was told that it may take a couple of weeks to process. It is now June and I have heard nothing from no one. I tried calling a few times and sat on hold for 30-50 minutes before getting cut off. I send an email and the automated response is 'someone will get back to you within 8 working days', but no one ever has gotten back to me.
