SCAMMERS

Female seller drove me nuts with up to 4 calls a day to take & pay for a policy. Actually did so to get her off my back. No claims for the year then get letter{renewal} advising that my home was an unacceptable risk & they no longer wanted my business. Advised me that I need not tell any other prospective insurer of this letter/notification. Mob of scammers.

YOUi = FAIL!!!

Don't be fooled by their constant bombardment of commercials on the TV, this insurance company is the worst I've ever experienced. Home insurance totally stuffed up but they refused to fix and

Good value

Youi came out the cheapest but it's a shame it's not cheap to pay monthly as well. Online management facility is OK. Customer service knowledge is average and often wrong.
