Excellent

I got quite a few quotes from several different insurance companies including the one I have been with my whole life. I went to youi and they beat them all. The customer service team is great, and really friendly.

Don't be fooled by their constant bombardment of commercials on the TV, this insurance company is the worst I've ever experienced. Home insurance totally stuffed up but they refused to fix and

Good value

Youi came out the cheapest but it's a shame it's not cheap to pay monthly as well. Online management facility is OK. Customer service knowledge is average and often wrong.
