Happy with youi

I have been with Youi insurance for a couple of years now and each year I compare with other companies, so far no one has come close to matching the price with Youi. I am also able to pay monthly which is a great benefit when on a pension. Service has always been professional and courteous, making contact a pleasant experience.

YOUi = FAIL!!!

Don't be fooled by their constant bombardment of commercials on the TV, this insurance company is the worst I've ever experienced. Home insurance totally stuffed up but they refused to fix and

Good value

Youi came out the cheapest but it's a shame it's not cheap to pay monthly as well. Online management facility is OK. Customer service knowledge is average and often wrong.
