Call YOUI

Youi is one of the few insurance companies that actually delivers what they promise! They spend time finding out who you are and what you actually need instead of generalising you and quoting you for things you dont need. They are super friendly and treat you as an individual. We have all our insurances with them and will never change companies.

    Worst home insurance ever!!!!

    Claim for the cracks after the earthquake event. Base on engineer report, theoretically due to soil/footing that caused the crack of the house, not due to earthquake.<br/>Engineer report state: "Furth

    Don&#39;t be fooled by their constant bombardment of commercials on the TV, this insurance company is the worst I&#39;ve ever experienced. Home insurance totally stuffed up but they refused to fix and

    Good value

    Youi came out the cheapest but it's a shame it's not cheap to pay monthly as well. Online management facility is OK. Customer service knowledge is average and often wrong.
