Bad experience in time of need
When applied for I/p with them I had passed with flying colours - now when i'm injured its been close 1 year and I have received nothing! They are trying not pay, they are trying to find some excuse. They even said they didn't receive my claim paper work the first time around. My solicitor tells me that's normal. The commercial that they have is cra* they don't care. At the end of the day they are a business that want our money, not to give money. They rather give a refund to save money. After all they have made interest from my money so they don't care.
Word of advise - study the policies and don't go with virgin they are liars.
