Thankyou for investigating my earlier complaint

The Head of Asteron Underwriting came back to me after I made a complaint about the handling of my application for Income Protection Insurance (see previous Review I wrote on 27/3/17). Mike went out of his way to right the wrongs and has agreed to honour the original policy agreement for an "Agreed Value" Income Protection Policy. Thank you Asteron. I would now highly recommend Asteron Life as their insurance is very cost competitive and they were prepared to listen and amend their decision.
