take so long to answer the phone call back so slow finding every excuse not to pay would never tell any to use them can not get straight answer the claim officer never ring back it sucks

When applied for I/p with them I had passed with flying colours - now when i'm injured its been close 1 year and I have received nothing! They are trying not pay, they are trying to find some excuse.
