Peace of mind knowing we are well covered

Reviewing the benefits we will receive if anything happens to us is so comforting. With my partner working away in a high risk job one path was 1 of not so many that would cover him. We took it out for our daughter aswell. Very emotional to think if we ever had to use it but its there to be safe. Will take out for our son once he turns 2!

Overall, a very average experience

Took over 2 weeks to get back to me on a policy query via email. All I ever seem to get is a renewal letter and premium increase every year - no other contact, no loyalty incentives to stay with them

Bad service

Minimal or no customer service. I have been with them now for 5 years but have never received a call from them. I continue to be with them hoping one day I will be called for them to check how i am go
