Bad service

Minimal or no customer service. I have been with them now for 5 years but have never received a call from them. I continue to be with them hoping one day I will be called for them to check how i am going with my policy and if there was anything else they could do.

Overall, a very average experience

Took over 2 weeks to get back to me on a policy query via email. All I ever seem to get is a renewal letter and premium increase every year - no other contact, no loyalty incentives to stay with them
