Hard Work

Attempted to obtain a Quote online with QBE. Completed the 15 min online survey/quote process only to be informed that the quote could not be generated and that I would be contacted by the insurer within 24 hrs. This is NOT good enough. A quote should be able to be generated online. I dont need to be contacted by a number of insurers. Not happy.

awful claims process

7 weeks after a simple and clear claim I have not heard anything from QBE. Their motorcycle claims dept are constantly unavailable, no returned calls and automated emails with unfulfilled promises. Ba

Brand new but 2 year old model. Others only offered used market value. QBE insured agreed value of price paid.
