WARNING: Never use them

I just cancelled my policy, they have hidden costs and truths, they refused to allow me to cancel the policy and said I would have to pay out all claims received in full first.

They found loopholes for every claim. My recommendation is Save your yearly money and use that for your pet needs

Not an issue with any claim

We bought insurance, within 30 days of purchase my beautiful dog cut his paw open and needed surgery, 80% of the total $1100 bill was paid within 10 days. Very Happy, no questions, sent in the invoice
